Insurance and Payment Options

Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan.  We can help you understand your benefits and eligibility options for insurances we are in network with.  You are also encouraged to check with your health plan before getting started for additional clarification.     

Currently, we are in network with the following plans: 

• CDPHP (commercial and Medicaid)
• MVP (commercial and Medicaid)

We are also a Spring Health Provider.   Spring Health is a mental health and wellness program that partners with insurance companies (including Highmark) and employers to make it easier for people to access high-quality mental health care. It’s designed to remove barriers like long wait times, confusing coverage, and high out-of-pocket costs.  If you have Highmark insurance, or Spring Health as an EAP provider, contact us!  We can get you set up with a therapist (in person or telehealth)! 

We are working on contracting with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Fidelis, and Anthem.  Unfortunately, we do not accept any Medicare plans at this time.  

If we are not in network with your insurance company, you may still have options.  You can check with your insurance company regarding "out of network coverage."  If you qualify, you may be able to private pay for your services and then submit a superbill (which we can provide to you) periodically for reimbursement of a percentage of your session cost.  Often times, this means sessions cost about the cost of a copay.
