In my 18+ years of clinical experience I’ve learned that much of the dysfunction, frustration, depression and uncomfortable moments in life are a result of trauma. Big ones, little ones… we are a product of our lived experiences. Some of those lived experiences left us with lasting consequences. Utilizing a comprehensive, EMDR based approach, we can partner on a recovery journey which is evidence based proven to be effective in these circumstances.

I am a dynamic therapist; I challenge my clients to grow while holding them accountable. I ask tough questions, and take an active role in therapy. I specialize in trauma therapy, with a focus on attachment.

If you are feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or underwhelmed in life, now is the time to take a risk. Risks like this are scary, but it's because there is big reward potential. Imagine what it would be like if you had help to get through this spot. I will partner with you on your journey, and together, we can create a life you're proud of.

Hi! I'm Marcie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals work toward becoming their best self.  I provide a space in which you feel comfortable and safe sharing your journey and challenges. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is non-judgemental, grounded in empathy, and help bring light to your individual strengths, your value and self-worth. I believe everyone is capable of change and positive personal growth.

Life is challenging and it's important to know you are not alone. Whether it's struggling to find balance between work and home, overwhelming stress and anxiety, or facing the ever dreaded "Sunday scaries" at the end of each week; no issue is too small or inconsequential. My specialty areas include treating individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship problems, and offering support and guidance to parents of children diagnosed with mental health issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy as my primary methods of treatment. Let's work together to create more peace, acceptance and space in your life.

Hi, I’m Carrie! I’m a Mental Health Counselor whose experience spans over two decades in various mental health roles. We all want to feel seen and understood, and to have a safe, non-judgemental space to explore our emotions and grow. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience where we can work together to tap into your strengths, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. My goal is always to help you build a stronger sense of self and learn to manage life’s challenges with increased self-awareness, confidence, and inner peace.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults addressing issues including anxiety, perfectionism, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and generally feeling stuck. My approach is primarily person-centered, and frequently integrates aspects of CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness. If you're seeking a therapist who will listen deeply, honor your identity, and help you navigate your personal journey, I’d love to work with you.

I am Gabrielle Robles, LCSW, a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults in furthering resilience and healing. My clinical journey began in community mental health, where I witnessed the power of human connection and the importance of honoring each person’s story. I bring expertise in client advocacy, case management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

I practice from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens. My work integrates multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I have a particular interest in how transnational identities and intergenerational trauma shape lives and relationships. I also believe humor can be a meaningful part of the healing process. Sometimes laughter opens doors that words alone cannot.

If you are feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to carry that story alone.

In our work together, you will find a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and open new pathways toward growth, balance, and lasting change.

I believe it is a priority as a therapist to recognize the day-to-day differences in each person's experience and adjust to match those needs in sessions. I strive to engage clients in sincere conversations about their thoughts, emotions and experiences to build insight, provide coping skills, and move toward positive change. I focus on bringing a human connection to our discussions, providing a comforting environment and authentic interaction. I enjoy the opportunity at times to bring humor and levity to sessions, while also recognizing the deep vulnerability my clients share as we engage in therapy.

As a trauma-informed and EMDR trained therapist I am prepared to help reprocess and cope with trauma history. Further, my experience as a CASAC-G provides me the skills and knowledge to work with clients with impulse management disorders, such as substance abuse and gambling issues.

I look forward to having the opportunity to support you in your next steps toward change. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify the goals that will bring growth and progress specific to your individual needs and aspirations. Our discussions will provide space for you to explore, express, and cultivate positive thoughts, actions, and motivation.
